Head Down Out Face (LS)

Carve the tunnel circumference in a controlled low-speed head-down out-face orientation while remaining close to the center.

Prerequisite: Back-Fly Level 2.

Desired outcome: Carve the tunnel circumference in a controlled low-speed head-down out-face orientation while remaining close to the center.

Key points:

  • Initiate with a side slide and add forward drive to continue the rotation.
  • Keep the head near the center as the body rotates around it.
  • Use consistent visual references and increase angle and speed gradually.
